I bought this computer, took it out of the box and then spent 10 hours online with rye geek squad and the problem wasn't solved and then had to drive 30 miles to drop it off at the store and it's still there 6 days later. I am very frustrated and upset. when you spend that kind of money and it didn't work from the start up.

it tends to get stuck between applications. very slow to respond.

paid all the money to have programs installed for my business...tried mutiple things to get usb ports to function properly....everything about this product was a disappointment...thought I was buying the best when I purchased a Dell....per Geeks feedback....my opinion....DONT BUY THIS UNIT!

Bought this thing and it never worked correctly. Contacted Dell about warranty, they said they only warrant hardware not software, even if it came with the software. Even paid Geek Squad to repair it, worked for about a month. Now it won't even start. Don't buy this, run away.

I like all in one feature. Fast processer; plenty of ram. Overall am satisfied with computer. Love windows 10. Only downside and these are minor. CD/DVD function is slow. It takes up to a minute to read a cd. Screen brightness at 100% is still a little dull. New Edge Browser has a few glitches. Other than these minor issues am happy with new computer

Continues to go to a black screen after about 30 minutes of use. Must turn off and start over. My 7th computer and most problems of any owned

There weren't any reviews out yet when I bought mine. Mostly, I'm loving it. Easy to set-up and get going. I have been on laptops for the last 15 years, so I love the big screen. Only two issues I have - 1. It takes for-ev-er to boot up. 2. If you wake it from sleep mode by moving the mouse, the mouse won't work properly - it jumps around the screen. I've found that I can usually fix this by (1) waking it up with the power button, or (2) when I forget and still use the mouse... just turn the monitor off, wait a sec, and back on. Suddenly the mouse is happy again.

I've realized that only old people (say late 60's and older) and lazy people use Best Buy (Better Service and Quality online ... done right the 1st time). My Dad wanted to buy from Best Buy (he turns 80 this year). Dell Inspiron 5459 had to come from another store. UPS managed to not deliver on time (Dad sat around for 2 days waiting). Instruction manual was very minimal. 4 screws missing to mount the computer to the stand. Assuming you didn't grow up with computers, you may get frustrated using the software (start up process). Most shocking was that there is no software included for basic Word (letter writing) OR worse yet, reviewing things like Word documents or PDF. You would think for $900 Dell could figure how to do that! I would never purchase a Dell, HP, Toshiba, etc. Windows is just so .... old school!

Received my new computer yesterday. It is replacing a 5 year old iMac. I decided to stop spending Apple's inflated prices simply to be purchasing the brand name of Apple. Very happy with my purchase. Quick and easy setup. Up and running in no time. Highly recommend.

I love my all in one desktop computer. Just the monitor with everything built-in. Picture is great and built-in speakers are very easy to use, control with the wireless mouse. No more having to turn on the speakers manually and no visible speakers. Love Love Love the speed and simplicity of the unit but it has everything I need and then some. Highly recommend for anyone. I am a 64 year old woman and it's Wonderful!!!

Loved how the computer ran, easy set up, speed was fast. The problem was that the wifi did not want to stay connected to internet. Kept disconnecting. Spoke with Dell and said they were having problems with Network card and Windows 10. Returned computer and ended up buying a HP Envy laptop. Glad I did.... same amount of memory 12gb and 1tb. LOVE it !!!

Best computer purchase I have ever made! I love this computer. Works great

This was purchased for my wife and it fits on her office desk perfectly, the screen size is well suited for her writing and editing, allowing multi page spread review. The various ports and connectors are convenient and located so that there isn't a mess of cables. Clarity of picture and speed of operation is quite good and the update to Windows 10 was straight-forward. I would recommend this item.

I had purchased this to eliminate multiple cables from running through the work area. Also is a touch screen so was pleasing to use.

What a great computer. I love that it is all in the monitor and there is not a separate tower. It works great and has nice added features, apps, games etc. The touchscreen works great, I know I will use it a lot.

Replacing my 11 year old Dell desktop. This computer was easy to set up. Haven't had it that long to list any cons. I hope this one last 11 years also.

I got this machine home and started up pretty simply. For the money though the quality of the keyboard could have been better. After having this machine for a couple of days I have already gone online and purchased a better quality keyboard and mouse combination. I would suggest others do the same, especially if you are used to typing on quality equipment. The machine itself is very good though. I think it will be all I ever need.

Cannot say anything more than extremely nice! It is an All-In-One Computer, so nice not having a separate tower. Picture quality is awesome.

I love my all in one computer! It's the perfect size and the sound is amazing. I also love the features (Cortana, apps, etc).

Can't beat this especially for the price ! Needed a new computer and this one is perfect for the home. Fast !
