Touch stops working after week
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The PC was great for a week and then we got Microsoft patches and now the touch screen does not work. The PC is fast and I bought this for the touch screen and continues to break. I am a tech and can get it to work for a day but there is no driver to fix the problem.

not a good computer

The computer was suppose to be able to run cadd type programs at a fast rate however, this computer could barely run a word document. If you scoll to fast to display driver fails and locks up the computer forcing you to do a hard shut down.

I dont write reviews often not my style

And if you are going to purchase this computer I highly recommend the geek squad warranty. If hadnt bought the warranty I would be up sh**t creek! Not even 30 days had past and very minimal use and the computer just wouldnt turn on. I just got off the phone with Geek Squad and my computer is finally ready for pick up after 3 1/2 weeks. I asked what was wrong with it and he stated to me that the mother board had to be replaced! All I can hope for is that everything works from now on. Im not happy about any of it.

So Disappointing

The microphone is located on the TOP of the screen and barely captures your voice when trying to use Cortana or to Skype. If I had known, I never would have purchased this. Also, the display gets hung up every now and then.

Wretched purchase!

Already had it in for repair once & now 7/16 will be taking it in again! Have a list of EIGHT repeated malfunctions that occur daily. Compared to other reviews, I obviously got a LEMON! Next question; "Will Best Buy make good on this"?!
