We purchased the AiO and within days the hard drive crashed. Warranty only provided parts, which I installed. Now a few months later the CD drive won't read any discs. In to Geek Squad this time.

When the old computer expired after about 11 years this one looked like a good replacement, but I will never again buy an open box item as I originally did. You don't get all the accessories or (more important) any manuals or documentation.

I traded in my old HP computer (gave it to my husband) for the All In One Dell and I like it. I haven't had any problems with it. I don't have the tower any more. It took some time getting use to everything being all in one, but I like it.

I am very pleased with the quality, look and feel of this all-in-one computer. No wiring mess, the only thing I needed to plug in was the small power chord. Great computer for the living area where the workstation must always look nice.

Having a desk top computer with minimal plugs is great. I love having everything in the monitor. The large screen is good for watching DVDs. Everything is easy to work with. The only "let-down" is the sound is not as good as my old system.

Machine problem Cortana did not work . I called dell and they could not fix machine so I sent it back to Dell . They had Machine for two weeks send it back to me it still would not work I called Best Buy and they said that I should have called them first . My 15 days were up to get my money back so they said there's nothing they could do for me. I sent it back to Texas that is Dell and they have it now will see what They bo this time.

This computer is great for my every day use. Great for designing projects and the new Windows 10 works well once you get used to it. Love the Microsoft 360 the features it has works wonders when developing documents or other tasks.

I was looking for a computer to replace my iMac that I have had for years. I am use to the dell computers and enjoy the functionally. Couldn't complain with this computer at all.

If I could give half points it would be 4.5. The only thing that I am having to really work at getting use to is the wireless keyboard - key feel and space are just enough different that I find myself making silly typing errors.

I was told horror stories from my friends about having to give up my old computer for a Windows 10! How hard they were to get used to, etc., even my Comcast tech told me never buy a 10. It is very easy to use, and I love it!

Perfect PC for ham radio projects. Multiple USB ports are a real plus. Fast, great display. Seems able to easily manage multi tasking as I'm running multiple instances of specialized weak signal experimentation software.

Once upon a time multiple components equaled high computing power. Thank God those days are gone. This all-in-one machine is great!!! Super fast, tons of storage space and a good size screen. The price was great as well!!!

I purchased this machine unsure of a all in one computer. Got it home and was amazed at the simplistic set up. Had it up and running in less than five minutes. I am really happy not having to contend with any cables.

I am a senior citizen & with technological advances made so frequently, it has been a little difficult to learn how to use this Dell PC. I bought the fastest processor but it is quite slow at times and in some applications.

I actually enjoy using this PC. Not quite used to Windows 10 as yet though. I thought it would be faster for an i7 processor but then again my internet is not that fast.

I love the big screen (24") and it's a touch screen. Still learning windows 10, that is a big difference from my old computer with XP. It has a lot of bell's and whistles that I am still learning. I love it so far.

Very satisfied with purchase. Desktop computer with many advanced features you expect on a laptop, like for example this desktop computer has touch screen display and very fast system. Great buy for the price.

Powerful computer with excellent graphics, fast boot up and shutdown times and conveniently small footprint. Some kinks in Windows 10 preclude my giving an excellent rating but this is definitely a high quality product.

I had to return it because I have bifocals and I could not adjust it to the point where I could easily see the monitor without having to "look up" which in turn hurts my neck. Other than that, I liked it.

I love the space it saves and the huge screen. I would recommend this computer to anyone looking for an all-in-one computer. I did not give it five stars as the plastic plate that goes on the back broke.
