    Simple browsing and basic functions work smoothly most of the time. System has errors and locks up. Bought it for family and is not heavily loaded with software and I still have the computer freeze up and/or shutdown while trying to run three programs. I have had the screen completely black out and had to power off and restart to get it to work again on multiple occasions. OS is fully updated Win 10. I bought with the higher amount of RAM and Hard drive. Overloaded with features for the touch screen feature causes the system to be sluggish and unresponsive at times even when your not using them. For the price, buy a regular computer or laptop. wait until the tech gets better

    Computer freezes frequently, particularly when using Facebook and in the MS Edge browser. Task Manager cannot be brought up to end these issues. I do not and did not have these problems with my ASUS laptop or my HP PC. The Dell Inspiron 6th generation i7 core computer that I bought also seems to be slow for all the computing power that it has. Best Buy's Geek Squad has not been able to resolve these issues, and I am generally disappointed with my purchase, but I need to live with it for now since my other PC was apparently damaged during a power outage.
