A ok Computer

I do not get the Graphic delay error anymore but I do see some screen freezing up when opennig a tab/window with many pictures, videos etc... I will contact Dell for possible fix

Broken disc drive- never worked

Difficulty installing new programs.

The CD/DVD disk drive DOES NOT appear to be working correctly. The drive appears NOT to recognize the presence of an inserted disc (the machine doesn't even whir). I had to insert, remove, insert again at least ten or twelve times before I got the drive to finally recognize the disc and present the "Install Wizard". You would think the "Geek Squad" (Best Buy) would wish to stand by the computer they just sold me and offer to investigate the cause---computer or Windows 10.

A computet

You have to create e-mail addresses for any additional user, the wireless mouse that came with it is broke from day 1, can't figure out how to set limits for users. Has own way of listing users. Over all sucks. I would never had bought it knowing how we struggle with it. Loading school programs. Suck. We hate this computer.
