    2nd Dell and crashed again

Had this computer for 6 months. one day I tried to turn it on and nothing. Most likely the power supply. Took it to Best Buy and they sent it off to get repaired. expected it back soon. Also starting running really slow 2 months after I got it . could not improve that. Had a Dell before this one and it failed just after the warrant ran out (hard drive). Bed Buy is good for dealing with the factory warranty for you. no issues with them. Next computer is going to be another HP. had good luck with them in the past. Recommend buying the Best Buy warranty if you get this one.

I really like the all in one system. It is nice not having all the cords. I do wish the sound quality was a little better. I may have to get some separate speakers.

Computer was a good price for all you get. I like that it doesn't have a tower to save space. The built in cd drive is also a nice option.

I'm disappointed in this unit from Dell as they ship out with a piece of junk (the cheapest they could get) optical drive. It only plays older 720p dvd. It won't even recognize any of today's HD dvds. If you want to play HD dvds, you have to buy an external drive. (another $50.) Also I don't see a port to plug in a microphone.... the only have two little hole on top of the display to pick up sounds. Very stupid placement for microphones.... I would not buy this product again. no mo DELL for me

I am going on my 2nd factory restore after spending over 12 hours on the phone with Dell Tech Support over in India or somewhere. Had an iMac for 5 years with no trouble. Won't connect either through Ethernet or wirelessly with my router when every other device in house works perfectly. Tech support downloaded a bunch of new drivers which made the problem worse. He even admitted it. This computer is only 4 months old, for pete's sake! Worse thing I ever did was buy a Dell
