I’ve used a laptop for the past 10 years and decided to get a desktop. This computer has everything I need and it’s ridiculous how quickly it starts up.

Previous 2 computers have been a dell. Each time I looked at other purchase options, but always seem to stay with them. This computer exceeds my needs.

*** Updated Review: 1 Star *** 1. I wrote the original review WAY too soon, and only focused on annoying 2-hour upgrade, assuming things would work after that. 2. Within 12 to 18 hours after initial setup this device was not usable. 3. Device began restarting randomly. 4. Device began crashing with blue screen errors. 5. When working and not crashing, device was extremely slow taking up to 2 minutes for apps to launch. 6. I exchanged for HP Pavilion 27" all-in-one, which was built with the latest version of Windows 10 and which worked flawlessly after a few minutes of setup. 7. Helpful Best Buy staff was not surprised at all when I described the problem(s) with the Dell computer. Conclusion: This Dell computer would likely be great if it rolled off the assembly line at Dell with the latest version of Windows and compatible drivers for all the hardware. As is, this computer simply does not work. My experience with the HP Pavilion 27" all-in-one was so much better. *** Original Review: 4 Stars *** Takes FOREVER to get this device setup because it comes with Windows 8 and upgrades to Windows 10. (Seriously, when did these things come off the assembly line?! Two years ago, I guess.) Other than that, I like it a lot. I'd recommend the computer in general, but not to anyone who wants a quick setup. Expect several hours before productivity. I likely would not have chosen this model if I knew it had Windows 8 installed.

not computer literate! found easy to learn to use! love the screen size as I am older, look forward to being able to fully use the computer

This Dell is great for work. Like how it doesn't take up a lot of space on my desk since there is no tower.

Like the all in one features, it saves room on my desk. I am still getting use to the key pad. I have only used it for about a week and so far, so good.

Fast, easy to operate - awesome! This setup is great for multitasking - I always have 4+ programs open and there is no lag. Highly recommended!

I bought this computer for my wife. She doesn't require a gaming machine so this does the job. I also like the fact that it's an "All-in-One'.

Its all new tech for me so I am having a hard time mastering every thing.Dont know how to do photos. I have a phone , printer, computer

computer is great all around, touch screen is awesome, only one wire since it is AIO which is huge for us. everything about it is just wonderful
