I logged on to my bestbuy account to see the specs on the dell all in one I purchased in 2017 to make sure I got something better than this piece of junk. The salesman talked me into the dell over a hp that I was interested in. This thing has been super slow from day one. When you click on anything it takes forever to even come up, once it’s gets running it does fair but I’ve been sick of it. I should have returned it the next day but oh well. I don’t use it often so it wasn’t on the top of my priority list… definitely wouldn’t recommend.
