I went in thinking I wanted an HP but after reviewing the features and comparing the prices I went with the Dell. I couldn't be happier. It is so fast and the few problems I've had getting started were easily dealt with by the professionals at Geek Squad. They have really hit their stride and I love the PC and the experience.

Ok loved the touch feature but ultimately returned this for a faster computer. I can see where it would be a great computer for those just looking for personal use like Facebook or something. However, it is not a recommendation if you do any graphic work.

Bought the computer and had a Geek Squad tech set up the computer for me because they were going to attempt to transfer the contents of the hard drive from my old computer to the new one. Picked it up 2 days later (transfer unsuccessful) and as soon as I got the computer up and running, I opened the browser they installed for me and the computer crashed immediately. In total it crashed 13 times in just under 2 weeks, so I returned it and exchanged it for another of the same. This one was working pretty well for nearly two weeks then crashed 3 times in one day. I do believe that what may have been causing the crashes this time around was a browser that I was beta testing. I stopped using that browser and it's not crashed since, but then again, it's only been two days. This is the first Dell I've ever owned and I've never had so many problems with a computer before, especially not a brand new one.

Versatile desktop for my small business applications.

I went from a laptop to this all-in-one so I now have more space on the desk. The screen is larger and easier to see but best of all the quality of the picture is excellent. The mouse and keyboard do not match the quality of the computer, but is sufficient. I love everything else about this computer except Windows 10.

How is it possible to "bring in your all in one computer for a Geek session? It's not practical to unhook everything and haul in your HUGE monitor running the risk of damaging everything. That's the only problem with the new setup which I did not think of at the time of purchase. Otherwise Computer is awesome. Awesome.

This unit has a wide screen for spreadsheets and shows photographs very well with great detail. Brought it home, plugged it in, and it works great. They did a great job of settling it all up for me.(software)

I needed a new computer and wanted one that would work well with my Cricut. This computer does the job very well!
