I’m a small business owner working from home and needed to replace my laptop. I never used an all-in-one setup but very familiar with Dell and their quality. I was surprised with how lightweight the monitor was in comparison to the size. What really stands out to me every time I use it is the speed. I use the computer mainly for creating orders and shipping internationally, so I have several tabs open. Additionally, I use it for website design and other marketing purposes. In the end, I am always navigating between tabs and applications and the processor does not disappoint. The screen size is just right, and I love the wireless keyboard and mouse. Overall, the quality of the entire product is exceptional. Setup was a breeze, and I really love the white color (more of a stone white). I highly recommend this computer if you’re looking for a step up in processor speed and want to upgrade from a laptop to something for more stationary use.

Dell Inspiron Desktop-easy to go one one screen to another Wireless is great-Screen is easy on the eyes. Just the right size for my office desk and not to heavy to lift if you had to lift the Desktop. I am very happy to have upgraded to my new Desktop- Mouse is great-battery is needed to activate but no problem-Price was great as well

I like this machine. I wish it had another NVME slot instead of SATA for additional storage. USB3 are good but when using an external DisplayLink 4K device (which is self powered and be OK with 4K) my 32 4K screen gets a little laggy. Of course i like it because this repplaced my old Lenovo C540 (about 111yo) so this one feels really fast. I Upgraded it to 64GB and open files quicker now but for 16GB machine, it gets a little slow when you use two external monitors and use Chrome in all of them. Oh well, it was $800 on sale so, you get for what you pay for. I can't say how it is for gaming but for office work is good. I hope it last the same 11 years that my old one lasted. Both, this new machine and my old Lenovo C540, with 16GB RAM and SSD i3 and 4.2GHz, are about the same in terms of speed. My C540 has a 4.2GHz processor while these machines have 1.7GHz and i almost return it. I have an external WIFI 5 and Bluetooth dongle (separate units) in my old Lenovo and that was the reason of the why i kept the new one. If you want more power, get one with higher RAM, if you will be using Chrome a lot. Honest review based on my use.

Computer is great. Customer care was lacking. was supposed to include a power cord and it was not in the box. Ended up having to purchase one because could not get through to the store purchased from and phone customer service was absolutely no help. 3 calls and long wait times for no help. Luckily a different location gave me a discount on the power cord. Kudos to the Chino store.

We bought this computer a few months ago. We are very pleased with the use. Looks stylish, works quickly. We took it for home use.

This all in one has been great! I have it paired with another monitor and the I7 processor is handling my workload perfectly. I am a software engineer and I needed the extra computing power so this works out well. Thanks Dell and Best Buy!

This was the perfect option for my wife that has now started working from home and great computer for my family easy set up, and gets the job done for the work she does, was very affordable thank you Best Buy!

I excitedly purchased this computer and about 3 days later found a place and began the set-up process. The hardest part was syncing the wireless mouse and keyboard to the computer. It took me 3 days to figure it out. The instructions are not explicit. Now that the computer is up and running, it runs fast, color is crisp and no problems detected. Wish computers would come with the Microsoft suite but eveyone wants money.

So far i love my computer. I havent met any problem yet and they work the way i want it.thank you!

Best Buy sold the defective item. Don’t buy this it’s a junk I lost my 852 dollar (including tax) system started to show problem from the First week itself stuck with blue screen rebooting in the middle of something etc people can’t hear me in the meeting etc(others can hear me if I use another machine). Unfortunately it’s my new job and I was under hectic work load n working 15 hrs a day and kept postponing return assuming the return period was 1 month, but yesterday when I pulled the receipt found out that it was just 15 days . My bad. I contacted Dell they are asking 100$ to resolve this. Contacted Best Buy they are asking 170$ to find out the issue and fix repairing cost extra don’t get cheated on buying this

This is perfect for one of our office interns. He is able to access software like Sharpe and BlueBeam which require a decent computer. I love that this is an all in one. it takes away the hassle of having a huge ugly CPU on the desk of under the desk. The touch screen feature is useful when moving plans around or looking at different sheets of proposal. The easy setup was a relief and not to mention the price point in comparison to other all in one computers similar to this one. I am one very happy customer.

I had been using a laptop and an extra screen to do my school work. My old computer was slow and gave me issues. The monitor I was using was an older one so the quality was poor, which was causing my eyes to get very dry and causing headaches. It was time for a change. I went back and forth as to whether I should just get a new monitor and deal with the quirks of my laptop. After much research I decided to go with an all in one. This computer was easy to set up and I absolutely love the screen. The 27 inch screen allows ease in working with two different screens.

I am using it for my office and I love it. It has a big screen and a great picture and is very easy to use.
