I was assured by the employee that it went through a 'thorough 50 point inspection' to ensure it was the same as a new system. I took it home and opened the box - there was no keyboard or mouse. Which is pretty important for an AIO. And no, it was not listed on the product description that it was not included. I took it back to the store and the Geek Squad tried to troubleshoot. They offered an additional discount, but we also couldn't get the legs to install properly, so they returned it as defective.
