Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the most poorly made computer I have ever seen. Purchased in March and used 3 times!!There were issues from the beginning. Geek Squad sent to Dell for new mother board. Dell sent back with a cracked screen. Geek Squad finally received the computer back and now the bitlocker, which I did NOT set up needs the keys......this has not only been a nightmare with Dell, but Geek Squad and Best Buy as well. The customer service has been sub par to say the least. Glad I paid for the xtra protection membership crap! Refuse to buy from BB or Dell from now on.
