    Great replacement for my 4-year-old Dell All-In-One. This has a much better processor, more memory, storage and Windows 11. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is an issue I had when I shut it down, unplugged it and plugged it back in at a different location. The 2 times I have done this the computer stayed black screen for much longer than it ought to. In fact, I thought it was dead. Looks like I need to make an appointment with the Geek Squad. That could lead to a 5-star rating.

    Employee was was very helpful. He help me open my credit card explained my benefits and help us choose a desktop . He answered all my question and doubts . I’ll be returning to this BEST BUY in pacoima .

    So far this computer is meeting my personal needs. It has not been difficult to operate and has the software that I use for my needs. It has speed and the price was good. I enjoy the wireless keyboard and mouse.
