The combination of Dell and Windows 8.1 was an unacceptable package. Eventhough I was directly connected to a cable outlet, the computer sparodically dropped the connection. I spent 1 hour with Geek Squad and 3 hours with Dell technical support, and no one could diagnosis the problem. The other computers in the house never experienced any problems. My old operating system was XP, but the computer was 12 years old. It needed additional memory, and Microsoft was dropping supportof XP, thus I was forced to 8.1. I found 8.1 extremely cumbersome and unfriendly. I still don't know if the issue is Dell or Windows 8.1. However, I returned the computer within about 4 days. Best Buy was very professional about the return.

I was looking for a home desktop with good design, compact, and reasonably fast for home use. After studying numerous all-in-one desktops, this became my best choice. Here are many features that I love: the thinnest screen among all all-in-one desktops, it looked absolutely gorgeous on the desk. Importantly, touch screen is very responsive. The screen can be adjusted in various height and angles, and turned completely flat, which makes it very easy to carry around even though I don't do that. This is due to the flexible hinge design. But the hinge is also tight enough to prevent the screen to move by itself. The base is quite sturdy, and there is no chance that the screen will tumble over as felt and seemed in some other all-in-one. It is equipped with wireless, and in fact it is also a large laptop to move around. The wireless works very well at home (I was a little concerned at purchase as it was slow in BestBuy demo because of weaker signal). It has Intel i3 processor that is sufficiently fast for home use, compared to my laptop with i7 processor. It has multimedia reader slot that easily reads my Sony MemoryStick Pro-HG Duo, and the Image and film transfer speed from MS to computer is fast #no extra software is needed). This is a great feature for me. Both key board and mouse are wireless and thus neat on the desk. In addition, there are HDMI in and out at the back of the base, and you can use the screen to watch movie from a DVD player, although I do not use this function. I had BestBuy Squad updated Window 8 to 8.1, and it runs very smoothly. Also importantly, it runs quietly. Absolutely love it!!! The only thing that was not convenient for me at the beginning was to find the user manual that is supposedly on "MyDell". It did not come with the machine and MyDell did not work until I registered the computer with Dell.

We've been using this for over 6 months now, so I can safely say that we've been happy with the purchase. Dell made a great all-in-one desktop here, anchored by a sharp and responsive touch screen. The i3 with 6GB of RAM is plenty fast for everyday use.

I originally bought a Acer all in one, but didn't like the stand. So I took it back to Best Buy and switched to the Dell all in one. I am so glad that I did, it is a very nice computer and very nice design. I like that all the ports and speakers are on the base and not on the monitor itself. And it is a nice looking computer. The keyboard, mouse all feel and works effortlessly.

I bought this product as a open box...Got 175 dollars off.It is what it is, a good product...Sound is not good at all..I bought a Jam Party speaker for it at Walmart for 81 dollars online...Made a big improvement..Over all the computer has worked fine and I'm happy with it...

Bought two at a great price. Great overall design. Purchased for basic business machines and they work great.

I really needed a pc that was basic and a place to back up my phone, music and photos. This does all that, did not have high expectations but I really liked it more as I used it daily. Great all in one price.

I love this computer. It is super fast and allows me to multitask. I can open a bunch of programs online and it doesn't slow down. It also has a lot of memory that allows me to store a much media and files as I want. The screen is not as good as others meaning not as vibrant but it compensates by being really fast and not having to tie yourself up with a bunch of wires.
