Nice workstation
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dell All-in-One performs well, although touch screen expense would be better spent on additional memory.AMD CPU makes it affordable and for office tasks and light multitasking is perfect.

Great PC and doesn't take up much desk top.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my husband as a replacement for his dying 7 year old PC. Took a lot of time to set up but was well worth the effort. He is thoroughly enjoying using it and tells everyone who will listen about how great his new Dell All-In-One computer is.

Great computer for using Window 10 from Windows 7.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a very good computer; however, the UBS is behind the computer in the middle of the back under the stand and it is hard to excess.

Power issues were unrepairable on a brand new syst
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I purchased this brand new, I noticed it never powered down all the way, rather it would just go into sleep mode. I wanted it to stay powered off and not turn back on if I accidentally touched the keyboard, mouse, or computer itself. I checked the settings and they looked fine, so I call Dell tech support and after a long time on the phone trying different things, they recommended I send it in for repair. When I got it back, the issue had not been resolved, so I called back a second time and got the same run around with tech support. They tried resetting my entire system but nothing worked, so it got sent back again for repair. When it was returned, the issue had still not been resolved. So I contacted tech support again, spent considerable time with the same troubleshooting steps and was again advised to send it in. When I received it back, the power issue was still not resolved. Once again, I contacted tech support and went through the same procedure with quite a bit more frustration. I am understanding to a point and having worked myself in customer relations for a long time, was becoming increasingly disappointed in the service. I just wanted a working computer. When I received it back the third time, the power issue had finally been resolved, but the audio no longer worked (which had prior to me sending it in). I contacted Dell tech support for the fourth time in two months, and explained the issue. I was given the same runaround as before. When I received the system back for the fourth time, not only was the audio still not working, but the original issue of it not powering down was back. Incredibly frustrated, I contacted customer care. I was done with tech support at this point. After days of relentlessly seeking a supervisor who could give me a replacement, they finally had me return the original system, and sent me something else. However, it was open box when I had purchased a new system, but I was told this was "the best they could do, given it was beyond two weeks from purchase" even though the time lapsed due to it being "repaired". I have been a loyal Dell owner for decades. I always buy Dell, but after this experience I am regretting the purchase. Issues on a new system is unacceptable, but not repairing it right is even more so. Not only has the repair service been a frustrating and disappointing experience, but the customer service as well. I was told a supervisor would have to call me back. I never received that call, so I contacted them again - by both chat and phone. I kept getting transferred and was given the same unsympathetic, robotic ‘service’. Long wait times that end in a recording that monotonically advised me to call back at a time that is more convenient for them (less busy). The language accent differences especially when doing tech support is very difficult. I was always respectful and professional despite my frustrations because I have often been on the other end of those difficult calls. Regardless, I experienced many dropped chat support and phone calls which forced me to have to contact Dell again and re explain myself all over again. This is was only system and it was difficult to work without it. I realize I am just a number - one of many Dell customers. However, regardless of how big a company is, there needs to be more personal and efficient service when interacting directly with the individuals who keep that company in business. As someone who has worked in business customer relations for many years, I believe in follow through. This means keeping promises that are made and personally ensuring issues are resolved. This would have included making sure the system was actually fixed before sending it out. In addition, I would have trained my employees to not say “I completely understand how you feel.” This cannot possibly be true as the service agents are not the customers and have not gone through the exact same experience. I am not angry, just absolutely bewildered, frustrated, and disappointed about the whole experience. I won't buy again.

Great PC for my needs!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this PC, but not happy about the touch feature. One I'm used to the mouse and prefer it. Two, I have to unplug the machine when my grandchildren come over as they can just touch it and it turns on.
