We purchased this pc to replace our 10-year old Dell desktop. It was beginning to slow down and we were advised it was time to buy a new one. The salespeople in the store were very helpful (though one of the products I was told to buy I had to return the day the Geek Squad guy installed the pc. I had been given wrong info on that purchase). I exchanged the software at the store I made my July 4 purchase with no problems - other than the fact the new item was way more costly. We have had NOTHING but PROBLEMS with this new computer. It is extremely slow. EXTREMELY SLOW. Last weekend, I had to return the pc to the store Geek Squad as it completely died. My husband was very upset as he had planned on working several hours that morning on the computer. I was lucky enough to get an appointment within 2 hours of calling for one. It stayed at the store for a couple of days having diagnostic testing. I picked it up and was told that everything should be fine and that it was running at a good speed. The machine is still EXTREMELY SLOW. And several times in the past week, it has gone out and we have had to turn it off and start again. This morning we had another issue - we tried to log onto a site (whether it was chrome or edge), the screen went white with the search circle spinning. This went on for over a half hour. We could not exit or reach another site. We eventually turned the pc off - without being able to use the proper turn-off function and tried starting it a half hour later. It is now functioning but this was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I don't know if we just got a lemon or if this pc is just awful. WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPUTER.

Nice computer but runs a bit slow downloading pictures and movies.

We're using this for the kids online schooling. It was an easy set up, It also, was able to download items quickly.

switched back from a laptop to a desk top... do not miss my laptop at all!! Computer was easy to set up and I love it!

This Dell computer was super fast and super easy to set up for our financial department at a car dealership.

Great choose,even a first time user will find it easy to use. Iwould reccommend it to anyone as a first time computer.

Works well from start up. Very pleased with the ease of use. Took me awhile to find the camera, however.

Lack of DVD drive and the limited number of USB ports have been a real hassle, and so this set up is clearly a better option for users who work in the cloud and stream media. There is occasionally drag in the responsiveness of the wireless keyboard and mouse, too.

I bought this computer to replace my old Dell desktop that went out on me. This computer fits my needs for internet browsing and doing work using the Microsoft Office suite. I’m not a gamer and I don’t do any photo or video editing, so I can’t say if this desktop would be suitable for those tasks.

Good for the amount paid for the item. Will recommend this product.
