Traded in a Dell All-In-One with a sick Windows 7. I expected a big tussle wit Win 10. Geek Squad set it up for me. He made it really easy to get started. I bought Total Tech Support and one hour of training. Although Geek Squad asked if I had any questions, I didn't know enough about what I now had to ask. I suppose after the Christmas/post-Christmas rush is over I will have the questions ready and get the training I missed out on. Being of a certain age, I don't have all that much confidence in "The Cloud" and prefer to save my files to external storage devices. I have found that inserting/extracting USB devices is rather awkward and requires a flashlight. It also helps if you hold your mouth just right while inserting. All in all, I am pleased with the PC. I am in admiration of Geek Squad. I am most impressed and delighted with the Chula Vista Best Buy sales associate, Cameron. Cameron, you were clear, complete, and accurate. Thank you.

Seems to be okay. Trying to get familiar with settings and how-to's. Keyboard must be a cheap one; it doesn't even have the symbols on the F keys. Having a little trouble with the Dell mouse stalling. Just working out the kinks, so to speak.

Great computer for a great price! Touch screen and Cortana is compatible to Alexa. For some reason some music and online chat for classes wasn’t coming through speakers...however when I changed my search engine it all started working. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase.

I can't complain at all. We needed a main floor system for our library. If I could say one thing that's a little on the negative side it's that it's not super fast. But again, I just wanted an inexpensive, all in one, and that's what I got!

This computer is super fast and very user friendly. I gave it 4 stars only because there isn't a CD player. However, with so many ways to stream music these days it's not a deal breaker.

There's only 2 complaints that I have. It's slow on some sites & it freezes up at times for a couple of minutes. And there is no place to insert a compact flash card for my camera. I didn't know that when I bought it.

I bought this to install at a customer's site to run a software program for an access control platform. Everything on the setup and running the program seemed to be quick. I am not personally using this PC. Price was good as Best Buy had it on Sale for $579. This is the 2nd on of this exact model I have purchased for this purpose.

I have not had this PC long enough to fully review it. I enjoy the touch screen and very much like the self-diagnostic scans the computer routinely performs. I just wish I had used it longer to truly evaluate it. It was just set up last week.

New computer has been installed for only seven days now, and performs just fine. Very happy with it. It didn't get five stars only because I haven't explored all that it can do yet. Love Windows 10 and touch screen.

I bought this because I needed to be able to have a system fast enough for using Zoom video chat. Sadly, it was not until after I set it up that I found that the microphone does not work. I did all of the troubleshooting (driver searches, etc.), and everything says it is working correctly... except it isn't. It is set up correctly, it is on, but it doesn't pick up anything. This was a huge disappointment, and I now have to buy an external microphone which will take up more room on my desk, but since I already set it up and moved everything over, it's not worth exchanging it. Everything else about it is great though. Easy to set up, much faster than my old computer, great display, etc. But for me, the microphone was a huge issue which is why only 4 stars.

For an old geezer who went from a device 10+ years old, new devices were were quite a shock. The Geek squad helped a lot but booklet written in plain English would have helped very much. On line instructions aren't much help when they're on the computer involved. Also having the ports for USB and external hard drives is VERY unhandy. Some of these comments also apply to the printer

I love the all in one very convenient for my space. The computer does move a little slow at times but once I boosted up our internet it has ran like a champ. Very responsive to the touch.

Do to the pandemic had to get a PC to work from home and I have to say the quality and how easy it is to use was amazing and had me working remotely very efficiently would highly recommend this PC and the wireless keyboard and mouse . Its been a great purchase
