    The product is excellent. I bought it during the quarantine, sight unseen. The computer I love. But I was leery because I never talked to a person during the sale. For some people this is fine, for someone my age it is undaunting. I tried several times to call but no one ever answered the phone. We picked up outside and the young lady was very nice.
