Customer service that we received from Best Buy was top notch, the Salesperson really took his time explaining the features of computer and asked us a lot of questions to make sure that this would be the computer that would be the best fit.

There was one staff right at the entrance to guide me to where I could find what I needed. It saved me the time of having to look around and once I found what I needed I was looking around where I should checkout and a staff member came up to help me. Thank you.

Touch works when it feels like it

However the touchscreen only works when it feels like working. For that purpose I will call best buy tomorrow and try to exchange for a different all in one.

Below are the steps required to calibrate your Touchscreen:
1. Restart the Computer and the Monitor
2. Go to Control Panel and select Tablet PC Settings.
3. Under Display tab, select Calibrate.
4. Choose Pen or Touch input.
5. Perform the point calibration that appears on the screen to correct the linearity problems.
6. Save the calibrated data.

I have bought both Dell and HP All In One machines before. This one was the best to date. It boots up in seconds and opens the office package and internet faster than any system I have used before. (All In One that is). This thing comes off of the shelf ready to fly.

We homeschool and they are great. Setup was simple. One cord, turn it on and follow the onscreen instructions. I have had no problems with speed or slowness. Colors are bright. I haven't tried the popup camera yet. Monitor size is perfect. I am happy with my purchase.

Ive had this Dell computer for 3 weeks and it has been everything as advertised. It used to take me 10 minutes for my old computer to startup and with this one it takes a matter of seconds.
