Takes over and over and still doesn't always come on. Don't like that aspect of it - and takes my rating from excellent to good.

Have had a few glitches with the computer turning off by itself. This problems seems to have resolved. We did purchase the service package.

If you have several programs open simultaneously, it tends to freeze, requiring a restart. If you haven't saved your work, that can be devastating. The touch screen is great, and I like that the cam can be recessed, thereby protecting your privacy. Having cordless keyboard/mouse is great, but the keyboard is undersized. I've had to replace it with a regular wireless one that isn't so cramped while typing.

Below I have provided steps to using the Windows Performance Troubleshooter which should help resolve the performance issue. I have also provided a link to the full article that has more options if needed. We also recommend making sure all drivers and downloads are up to date on your system. I have given you a link to the Drivers and Downloads page for your PC.
Windows performance Troubleshooter:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

Not sure if this was built this way or something wrong with it.
