    The computer seems fine but the keyboard is malfunctioning intermittently. The keys stop working for several minutes and/or mis- type letters. I can't get through to a person so I seem to have no options to get this resolved. I'm very disappointed with Best Buy and Dell.

    So I'm rating this a 2 because so far the Geek squad has attempted to help me try to figure out the issues with this thing. And I don't believe my problems come from it being a "Dell Inspirion". I've had, and have, several Dells, and they work great. I don't believe brand is the issue at all here. I think it's because we chose to try the "OPEN BOX CERTIFIED" option this time to try to save a few bucks. Yeah, we won't be doing that again. This computer is just over 4 months old. Newer than the other computer, configured exactly like the other (same size hard drive), is accessed by one less account than the other (rest are all the same accounts) and yet this one has 3/4 of it's drive full already (other one is barely touched), Chrome has to be reinstalled daily because it's non-functional, and my printer software disappeared into the unknown the other day. So yeah, about those few dollars.... never again.
