It was very easy to set up and with the Geek Squad‘s help I was able to transfer all my data from the old computer to do this one with no problem.

Lenovo, HP, COMPAC - all were satisfactory and "did the job" but Dell's Inspiron has them beat. Add to that Windows 11 (which I really was hesitant about) and I have found the perfect machine. Don't hesitate to buy one - it's terrific!

I have it on a mobile desk and was worried about the monitor sliding around as I moved the desk, but it doesn’t at all. The legs on the monitor have a non-skid surface! I am loving this computer.

Power adapter supplied with unit was incorrect leading inproper operation as that it was under powered with a 45W instead of 90W. When calling the closest Best Buy same day as pick up. I was informed I would have to pay for a new cable and then hung up on my Aurora Best Buy employee. Call center reps said I should have no problem taking the inproper adapter in and then be provided with the correct one but were incapable or unwilling to contact the store to help facilitate the exchange. This is the 4th time Best Buy has failed me in the passed 4 months. I believe its time to pay off my credit card with them and close the account.
