He's only 8 and doesn't particularly use the touchscreen portion, but he loves using it for Roblox and YouTube. It's fast and reliable.

Very rarely I will get music coming thru. Mostly i get no music coming thru. Videos with background music i only hear words. Many times i cant hear people talking and they cant hear me. I'll seem to fix it and the next time i go to use it the same problems again. If you plan on using this with zoom I would not buy this model.

Very fast and was easy to set up thanks to Best Buy Total Tech Support. Came to the house, unboxed, set it up and moved programs from old computer. Best Buy makes life easy.

Besides that it does what I need it to do. One usb in the back of monitor that gives me trouble. I'm not a big fan of the wireless mouse and keyboard. It has a delayed response even after new batteries and switching ports. So i bought a seperate wired keyboard and mouse.
