I needed help getting some of my information to be accessible, mainly all my hundreds of Comcast e-mails. Finally a very patient Geek Squad gentleman came and got it all downloaded and Microsoft Outlook is now working more or less OK. I'm not blown away by the performance of this computer but I think it will eventually be fine.

I was amazed with the build quality and lack of bulk right out of the box. It is simply plug and play. Literally. Plug in. Power on. Walk through setup. Off to the races. I set this up for my nephew knowing the would benefit from the touch screen. Think peanut butter and juice fingers. The screen is so smooth and non glare. He has no trouble at all touching the right places or swiping easily. It’s not the old shiny fingerprint-laden screen. This thing is so accurate and smooth to use. It’s also fairly future proof with such robust specs. Top of line processor, plenty of RAM and solid state storage. All the inputs are in a line across the bottom and of the back and all are easy to get to. Having ONE cable—the power cable—from the ultra sleek PC is amazing. Makes a tidy work area and it’s a joy to use! I definitely recommend.
