I was very pleased with the salesperson's help in helping me choose this computer. I had a Dell computer for the 10 years prior and was very happy with it. Now that Windows 7 is no longer supported and the fact my old computer did not have enough storage to install it, My only option was to get a new one! I've had it a little less than a month, but it has done everything I have asked of it and suits my needs just fine!

My husband and I recently opened our own business. We needed a computer, but aren’t really up to date on new technology. Buying the Dell computer was the best decision for us. We’ve downloaded all our software needed for our business and the Dell and their support team have been amazing in helping us get up and running. We asked for suggestions and recommendations in the store and were given great advice. Thank you!

When I called Best Buy, I was told that no customer visits were allowed in the store so everything must be done via phone. Your employee was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining my options. Setting up the pc, keyboard and mouse worked well with Cortana's voice instructions. However, it would have helped to also have written instructions, for instance in using the camera function. Signing up for the Geek Squad allowed them to remotely install Microsoft Office and connect the pc to my printer, which I never could have done myself.

I love my new computer and printer. I've got more capability now than I ever had before. The Geek Squad was outstanding. They came in and took charge of getting the WIFI, computer, and printer set up and configured to talk to each other. They also installed all the software I had purchased and made sure all the updates were pulled from the internet so the software would be up-to-date.

Still working out a few things but overall I am pleased with it.... The reason I bought it in my other one was so long it wasn't working and I wanted to learn how to fax. Pulling out of senior moment I completely forgot to tell my handle to teach me how to use the fax. I text him today and ask him if he could come by and spend a few minutes so I can be able to learn how to use the fax machine. Tom McDermott

Awesome all in one for me, It hasn't missed a beat on usage bought 10 mos ago and hasn't had an issue. I am not a hardcore computer user this is excellent for a youtube browsing the web type of user, the thing is people need to buy them a computer for their needs if you game get a gaming computer etc. Love this one!

Very pleased with the unit. Had been a HP user for years, this Dell is fantastic in performance and overall value. Have no reservations in recommending it to any one. Speaker system is not as good as an add on unit, but to be expected based on size limitations. Get an add on unit of your choosing so the sound quality can equal the performance of the computer.
