I threw away the keyboard and mouse that came with it as they are trash. I added a few external drives and upgraded the version of Windows from home to Pro.

Anytime I wanted to use Google to search, it went to a white screen. So I traded it out at Best Buy and set it up again. This second one had the USB type C port that was inoperative. I had to have the Dell tech come out and switch the motherboard. This was way too much to go wrong with a brand new machine. That is why I only gave it 5 stars. I finally got it up and running. I was disappointed in Dell's quality control.
