Easy set up came with virus protection and also great speeds and processing

I love my laptop! It’s super efficient and has Cortana (functions as Alexa) who helps navigate through my dell operations. You do have to speak loudly for the built in speaker to converse with the laptop but other than that I’m very pleased with my purchase! It’s perfect for college courses and telework which I’m more confident to complete with this device.

Needed a touch screen laptop...Dell Inspiron laptops are always a great deal and work great...Got an awesome deal...

I love that it’s touchscreen, easy to navigate, easy setup, and a decent battery life. Only cons are that when I downloaded Google Chrome for the first time it completely froze, and started going on and off. I turned it off by holding down the power button and it eventually turned off and then turned on again. I removed Google Chrome and reinstalled it again and this time no problems. Every once in a while it’ll freeze up or act weird but if you restart it, it should be okay. I didn’t think I’d need Google Chrome but it was required for college.

Great laptop! The touch screen is a plus! This laptop gets my work down easily and effectively.

Needing a new laptop, I found a great sale with exactly all of the capabilities of my "nearly dead" laptop...except this is faster, lighter and a fresh surprise. As I booted it up, it was ready to download Windows 11. I am thoroughly pleased and amazed at my new Dell (which replaced a very older Dell). It is working better and faster than I expected. I love it

Easy setup by just following the verbal instructions from the laptop. Virus and spam protection could be better. Just something they were trying to sell. Speed is sufficient and display is very clear. A bit small for the money, I think.

Nice laptop for the price. Runs good. It didn't come with windows 11 though. Came with an outdated version of windows 10 lol. So I had to spend an hour resolving that issue.

A great home office laptop, able to manage any task.

Lightweight, clear LCD, and great battery life! Just make sure to upgrade it to 16GB RAM and a faster & larger-capacity SSD and you're good to go!

My daughter is a freshman in college, I purchase this laptop for her. She also has a chronic electronics harming issue lol. So far this computer is standing up to her, and if you knew her you would understand that means a lot. The computers performance is enough for what she needs between school and some gaming she does, no complaints so far. The battery life is good, no complaints there. In my opinion it's definitely worth it's price.

Great touch screen not the best out there but for the value does what I need it to do.

We were not fans of the Windows S Mode, but after having Geek Squad remove it from the laptop, we are very pleased with our purchase. The Dell laptop is easy to use now, and is a great replacement for our 13+ year old Gateway laptop. The solid state drive is a great step up from the old harddrive.

Always had touch screen HP's in the past, but began to have multiple issues with my most recent 5-year-old HP. I bought this Dell on sale with touch & anti-glare screen, which I like very much. No DVD drive, so much lighter than HP. Better, sturdier plug-in cord, & works well with my HP-Envy 4500 printer. Seems like better quality, & I hope it lasts more than 5 years! I choose not to have a smartphone, but prefer a laptop.
