    Gave this to my husband for Christmas. He's a senior citizen and not a real "techy" guy. He had a cheapo notebook for many years and didn't do much with it, other than email and Facebook. He LOVES his new Dell Inspiron Laptop and is on it all the time! I am very glad I chose this particular laptop to give to him. I highly recommend!

    I needed a laptop urgently for work as my old laptop would not reinstall my work interface after an update, I needed windows 10 on my computer. This dell really came through in a pinch. It works really well and the images are very clear.

    Outstanding overall, but transition from Windows 7 Professional to Windows 11 is very difficult for an 83 year old geriatric. I have an in home Geek Squad appointment with Agent Albert Evans on 02/18 to provide complete system setup and instructions.

    I was initially satisfied with this laptop, however within a few weeks it started having a "TPM device not detected" error and then a BitLocker recovery issue. It had to be sent to Dell to be fixed, which it was. Seemed fine for about 2 weeks, but the issue has returned. This is NOT a negative review of Best Buy, but unfortunately Dell is aware of the problem and continues to sell this model instead of recalling it. It works well when it is actually working.
