My computer died, & I needed one fast. Off I went to Best Buy. I had a Dell desktop for years before my house burned, then a Lenovo laptop that lasted a tad over 2 yrs. needless to say I bought another Dell. I'm very happy with it.

Good basic laptop. Plenty of room for school work, spreadsheets and word documents. Don’t expect to play memory, cpu or video intensive games.

Does what needs to be done. Not flashy but functional. For some reason the caps light is ALWAYS on…? Bought on sale so good function for price. Son uses as a school computer for at home.

So far, all is good! I wish the computer came with a set of instructions or a way to get questions answered. I have to hire someone at $50 an hour, and still not everything works for me!

It's a good solid basic laptop for surfing the internet and what not. It only has 1 Memory Stick, so adding more memory is cheap (and recommended for dual channel memory).

This is my first laptop I brought for myself. I decided to buy a in expensive one to see if I would like. I did not like touch screen. I added wireless mouse which is better for me. Dell is a manufacturer I trust.

This laptop is just what I wanted. However it came with S mode and it took Geek squad to get it off. It was a nightmare. Should not have S- mode for just regular customers.

Works perfect for my work from home job. Purchased this computer because my main computer was in the shop. Lets just say im still using this computer as my main computer and my old main computer is now secondary.

So far, so good. I wasn' t really that familiar with microsoft.. Had to do evertyhing through them. Didn't realize that there was no disc drive...

I am using this laptop as I speak and it's efficient. It's yet to led me a stray, but yet has gone passed my 1st laptop which was a Chromebook that had crashed on me within the first month.

It’s everything I needed in a dell laptop. I had brought a Dell laptop back in 2004 from BestBuy had decided to go get myself another Dell laptop with the latest upgrade window.

The Dell I purchased was everything I wanted. After looking at many computers and reviews, this one was my choice for my price range. So far, it’s met my expectations.

Picked up our new Dell computer that had excel & word added on to it. Very happy with it. Our sales person and the customer service person were very informative.

This computer is good but does not have Windows 11 as advertised. It come with Windows 10.

I really find this device to have everything I wanted. Simple and easy to use technology. The keyboard has great visibility, the screen is exceptionally clear.

Meets all my needs for my home office! The installation and transfer of files from my old laptop was done smoothly by the Best Buy Geek Squad professional.

Bought a laptop and it was mostly painless and easy. Everything went very smoothly and the employees were very helpful.

The laptop seems to work satisfactorily. The staff at Best Buy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Easy set up easy use nice screen resolution we don’t need gaming just typical home office stuff and maybe work stuff so out excel word etc on it.

So far this laptop has been great for what we needed it for. My wife mainly uses it for school work and watching movies. So far it's done great.
