This is a fast and capable machine. I added a second memory stick to make it 16 GB total, and that helped. I also added a GTX 1650 video card. The only reason I took off a star is the inability to upgrade or add components beyond what I have added. The power supply is too weak to add a stronger video card, and it is proprietary, meaning it is a weird shape, so finding a more powerful power supply to fit this case is impossible. There are NO AVAILABLE BAYS in the case. The SSD drive is incorporated into the motherboard, so there is no upgrading to a larger drive, and without bays, there is no place to add a second drive. This is an excellent machine for the basics, but do not buy this thinking you will upgrade drives or power supply later. It would make sense for Best Buy to include pictures of the inside of the case. These pictures would make upgraders happy.

Everything we were hoping for. Simple set up and very fast for my 14 years gamer.

I have had no problem with the computer. I puchased this as an upgrade for an old Dell Inspiron to get a faster operating system - i.e. more memory and a solid state drive. The speed difference is great.

Turned out real good for what I use it for - mostly internet and emails at home. The key board is nice and the computer fan is quiet. Found this model has adequate connections - currently have the included key board and mouse, plus a monitor, and usb speaker set plugged in. Will be using the hdmi port for a second screen. The usb ports on the front work great for flash drives, ... and the dvd included in this model is there for some old stuff I have. The Geek Squad set it up and installed win and office (i got the one-time cost version not the annual subscription). I do miss having a laptop, but there is always the phone for certain things away from home. Feel it was a good deal! Everyone at the Greenfield WI store was great!

So far so good with this new computer. I've been looking to get something new for a little while now and the price of this unit with the sale was just one i couldn't pass up. The speed on this computer is lightning fast and installing new programs happens at a blink of an eye. If your looking for a new setup but don't want to break the bank, this unit is a good solid buy.

The fastest pc I have ever used. Restarts very quickly I guess because they're is not a conventional hard drive. It has an SSD instead of a hard drive.

This desktop works great. Its fast and very easy to use.

It's a good temporary PC but it has no graphics card and only 8 GB of RAM. It is small enough to put under a table between some chairs.

For a good price, it gave me what I needed to start my business. Can upgrade later.

I love this computer. I had to get a new one because the old one had some issues. This one is a great buy. Loads up super quick and no problems whatsoever.

I got this desktop for CHRISTmas last year. I love it. It is so fast & works great in every way. I highly recommend it.

I read reviews that said superfast and quiet. I don't feel it's as fast as my old HP. and as far as noise, I don't know if it's the fan but it's an annoying noise. The dvd holder seems really cheap compared to the one on the HP. Of course the HP is 9 years old so maybe things were made better then. Not super happy with purchase.
