I'm so happy I purchased this. Very easy to set up.

The Lenovo was an open-box bargain. The CPU was a 13th-Gen Intel. Newer PCs are 14th Gen but the performance difference was marginal. It had all the original packaging. Some fingerprints but no obvious defects. It's running fine. That said, I was disappointed when I ran Christal Disk and discovered the SSD had 303 days of usage on it. This was a store display and while that complies with the overall "open Box" definition, I didn't expect that much run time on the SSD. I've bought most of my PC, Tablet, and photo gear as open-box items. They have been in excellent condition and priced well below prevailing retail. Had the "demo" status been stated I might not have bought it with a SSD with a year's (7000 hours ) runtime. I think Best Buy should be more transparent on display models with extended usage. I believe "used" would a more truthful description.

Great mid-range computer. Have a problem with the time and date icon not popping up but that is probably a Windows issue, not the computer's. Upgraded from a Windows 10 Dell XPS. Build quality on the Inspiron is well inferior to the XPS but acceptable and much less expensive.

MINUMIM RESPONSE TIME, EVERYTHING SHARP & CRISP! HAS ALL THE CONNECTIONS I NEED. LOVE IT!!! YOU CAN ALSO INSTALL ANOTHER 8GB OF MEMORY EASILY OR HAVE THE GEEK SQUAD DO IT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I like this computer. Nice and fast. The dvd drive is a nice touch.

Great machine for general use. If you just need a regular computer that will work well and do normal things, this is great. It should last a long time. It won't be good for gaming, or video editing, but for general use it's a good buy.

I guess maybe I should have given this an excellent rating since it does everything that I need a computer for. No complaints. The first time to buy a new desktop in a while. Windows 11 is new to me, so I have a lot to get used to. The sale price also made for a great purchase.

My Dell computer went out and I needed to replace it. Called Best Buy andthey had the replacement on hand. Droped by, picked it up, and back on line. Couldn't have been easier.

better than old computer. i had friend who took out the unnecessary programs that i dont understand. Staff encouraged me to apply for best buy plus bec. of discounts but did not mention that credit card be charged as auto renewal. so cancelled it.

I'm still getting used to it but I love it so far. I had all my files transferred & was able to even have my Microsoft Office program installed because my original key was still in my files. My old computer was also a Dell & it still works but didn't have Wi-Fi capability.

Perfect for family computer. I got open box at great price. Nothing close in processor or price. I didnt want fancy because i was replacing broken tower. Bonus feature i didn't realize how loud my old one was. This is air cooled but no noticeable noise.
