I am elderly and use my computer for home office use, primarily email and casual internet research and browsing. My old computer no longer worked very well and was slow. This Inspiron 3020 desktop meets my computer needs very well.

Basic = great! Just wanted basic gear to replace old laptop. Didn't have a lot of time or cash. Didn't want to overthink a purchase. Had to find some old speakers and mouse.

I haven’t used it yet but Luke at Geek Squad installed and activated various program. I am waiting for my Dell monitor which I just exchanged I. Place of the Hzp monitur. Advisors and staff at Best But are the best

Good computer for the price. I have had many Dell computers over the years and they all have performed well, but I feel the quality of the various ports on the front of the case of this computer have decreased in quality. I find that a lot of trial and error positioning is needed to insert the USB cables or memory card into these ports. A disappointing attribute.

We are very satisfied with our new Dell- Inspiron 3020 Desktop Windows 11. It's very fast compared to our old Windows 10 and it's so nice to be able to get up on the net so quickly,

I needed a new desktop processor to replace an old Dell that had given up the ghost. My new Inspiron is doing the job for me. It is faster than the old one and is really doing the job.

Desktop is perfect. Fair pricing and is not too bulky. Love it!

The machine delivers excellent service. However, the Geek Spuad transferring data to the new machine did not transfer my Microsoft nor Kapersky subscriptions. The is now up to me to figure out.

I am very pleased with the Quality of the 3020, the packaging and the ease of setting up my computer. I will continue to use Best Buy as my source for all my computer and peripheral attachment needs.

Wonderful Item. Does exactly what I need but quicker. Bought this to replace a 12 year old Inspiron that suffered old age. Geek Squad recommended a replacement unit, Just what the doctor ordered at a reasonable price.

My new Dell Desktop is working just fine. Very similar to the Dell desktop I bought in 2020 and just got done using. This new one is lacking a VGA port, and so I had to go out and buy a new monitor (adaptors wouldn't work).

sense I purchased my computer tower its been the best thing I ever purchased haven't been able to stop using it, I really enjoy using it .. Thank You Best Buy!!

I am very happy with my new Dell Windows 11. The Price was reasonable and the employees in the store were very courteous and helpful. We buy all of our electronics from Best Buy.

Great deal on Computer, for me a great upgrade. Fast and very happy I purchased a Dell. Will let my friends know about this one.

This is a great desktop. I like the fact that it has a disc player included with it. I like to download some of my old CDs to listen to while being on the computer. I would rate this great except that the first one I bought died out after installation. Must have been a lemon.

I brought my old computer in to be looked at. Talking with Geek Squad young lady L, she was very helpful in explanation and the purchase of new computer.

Techs were courteous and addressed all our concerns when our old Dell failed. They sold us a new Dell and loaded our data.

the computer is good, however the darn programming with windows 11, microsoft edge, and the dang need for signing in with an email i never wanted and is a pain in the ... to use is a real problem. it sucks to use it.
