This Dell Inspiron 3020 desktop computer works well for my son.

Perfect extra desktop for home use. Very Affordable. Has everything anyone needs to do basic tasks at home. Allows you to stream and use for zooming conference calls, and more.

I bought this tower to upgrade my windows software. I purchased it as an excellent rated open box item. I am very pleased with it and the price I purchased it at.

This machine is better than my old Dell (lighter,Faster) I do not like windows 11 as it is too invasive for me! It also antisipates many moves which I don't like with sugestions which are annoying! I like Windows 10 much better!

My wife needed a new computer old one was windows 7. This new Dell was easy to setup with only a few little glitches. I would highly recommend this computer especially for $499!

The dell computer is great..what wasn't great is that 1 day after I picked up the computer, best buy had the same one open box excellent condition on sale for about $160 less that what I purchased mine for. Or I could have bought a brand new one in box for less that what I purchased the open box for. When I asked about their price match policy, I was told it did not apply to open box and if I returned the computer (which I spent several hours setting up) I could then purchase the open box one for the discounted price. This was not an optimal option. What they could have offered me instead of blowing me off was maybe a best buy gift card for the difference... this would have been better than the rude staff that answered my inquires. I spoke to 2 different people and the rudeness was very upsetting.

Replacing my old computer will Dell i5 Intel was the best. the speed is great and comes with a cd player as well. I would highly recommend it.

So far it's a great computer at a great price. This is the perfect balance of quality and economy for someone who doesn't need a powerful computer.

It was real easy to set up and use (I am a none tech person) even for me. It is a lot faster than the Dell it replaced. it was 15 yrs. old.

It’s fast. It’s sleek and compact. It does everything I need it to do. Been buying Dells for the last twenty plus years. Great system. Truthfully Win 11 does take some getting used to.

This is a great Desktop Computer with all that I need for home use and work from home. Also was a great price on sale when I purchased it. I am very happy with this Dell.

I wish they made these things with all HDMI, or all DP. Another video port(HDMI/DP/VGA) would have been nice to be able to connect 3 monitors. However you can not beat this product for the price

Excellent mid-price desktop PC. Easy to install and much better performance than a 5 year old laptop it replaced. Best Buy delivered it quickly and as promiased.

Purchased this item to hopefully obtain a work from home position. It was worth the money spent, only needed to purchase a camera and microphone if that is a requirement of the position. Wish me luck..

Very happy with purchase, surprised by how quiet it is! Very fast and reliable, I use it for my office bookkeeping, college work and also to watch shows on slow days.

Great Machine..... everything was easy to set up, it linked beautifully with my other machines and made our computer work area better than ever.

So far, it’s fast and does the job. I have not had any problems with it. It comes with windows 11 so that’s a plus as well. The computer I had prior was also a dell but apparently wasn’t upgradeable, not sure what the upgrade life will be on this one either in the end.
