Out of box disaster

Non a happy camper

After the transfer, worked fine for a couple of days and then the Microsoft one started slowing down the internet loading and working as it's supposed to. Called geek squad and they said to exchange it for another. Well that store didn't have another. So we were going to buy a more expensive model of a different brand, but they didn't have that one either. So being fairly disappointed by now, we just asked for our money back. The only reason we were buying a new computer was for the upgrade to Windows 11.

PC motherboard(s) failed

Motherboard crashed within one week during bios firmware update. Two subsequent "refurbished" motherboards were replaced and also crashed. Got refund a day before the 30-day deadline for returns. Onsite and online tech support were great! This machine was just a lemon!

Phone Support is Terrible!
