Too pricey for what you get

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just recently bought this computer and found it to be too pricey for what you get hence the three stars out of five I wound up needing to put in a stronger power supply because I needed it to do video authoring and I wanted to put in a video card that was powerful enough for me to do the video all three and even watching videos on it it does have an on board video card but nowhere near as good as putting in your own video card so this is what I did I put in new power supply which was 100 Watts more I put in a video card and I put in 32 gigs of RAM instead of the 12 that it had with 12 gigs in this machine it would slow down very soon after you bought it now it runs like a speed demon but for the price I paid for the original one it was way too high but I needed the machine I needed one badly mine died I needed it that day so I bought this one it was one of the lower priced ones that they had I don't believe it's the fault of Best Buy I think it's the fault of the manufacturers they're charging too much however I must say the HP is a much better bargain than the Dell that I originally purchased and returned for this one the Dell was a toy and it costed a lot more money than it should have I think it even costed more than this machine if I can remember correctly

Does not have enough RAM installed to run decently

There are a lot of USB ports, but they are not equal. I still don't know which are faster than others. Internet is loaded before the desktop and Edge has so many windows when you boot that you have to upgrade the RAM before you can use this computer. The DVD came straight from a laptop, as did the wi-fi card, but there is no antenna.

The previous account was still setup, and I need admin privileges to do a factory reset. I'll find a work around somehow. The PC is fast though.

I only bought it because of the decent price and a nearly identical product from Dell lacked the DVD drive. I upgraded the ram and ssd hard drive rod make it acceptable.
