Great laptop for a college student. It has all required features, touch screen, SSD and is fast. Got it in a deal and well worth the price!

Love it, easy set up, everything I wanted in the system.

Working great so far. The computer boots quickly and opens programs instantly. Windows S mode turned out to be too constraining even preventing some programs from the Microsoft Store from working correctly. Switching to normal mode was easy and solved several problems. Overall, this is a very good low-priced Windows computer.

Great Laptop with good value, fast enough, with touch screen.

Was a pretty good price, slim and does everything I need it to do. Disappointed none of these have any kind of package where they come with Microsoft Office, but none of them do so not a deal breaker.

i don't blame the laptop, i simply missed the processor speed, it was slower than i was expecting, that said its a cheap construction laptop that will probably do what i really want it to do.... so I'm happy, not the bargain i expected but still at $400, I'm happy

Good laptop for everyday use for students or any anyone!

This was a gift for my fiancé. She loves this laptop. She uses it to work from home one or two days a week. We have had no problems with it at all.

Dell is very fast, light weight, but dealing with a few MS issues which is not machines fault. Only thing I find sub- par is the keyboard. Touch and feel not very good, just feels cheap.

Meets all needs for a home laptop. We didn't need advanced graphics, terabytes of storage, or scorching speed. My wife manages family communications, our budget, and her extended work on Ancestry with no issues whatsoever. It was easy to set up and (based on six weeks use) has been completely reliable. We do use a 27" external display for additional workspace, but who doesn't? I've had several Dell computers over the past 30 years and have had no bad experiences.
