Problem is with the plastic case. The hinge broke after very little use, couple of weeks. Reading the reviews it is apparently a chronic problem that Dell is refusing to be responsible for…. AVOID. On a positive note, staff were polite and helpful to. Great store…Altoona.

Works wonderfully for the things I need to do. Best Buy is a great place to purchase such items. Never had a problem with Best Buy or the products they sell.

(Gateway) Storage and booting up is fast. Also not loading it down with a lot of unnecessary programs.

Since we bought the same one for our Grandson for Christmas, and he really loves it, we knew the Granddaughter would too.

It was my first experience using windows in s mode. I had no problems. I turned s mode off a few weeks ago after i added more RAM. The laptop hasn’t had any problems working out of S mode. This laptop is quiet, the battery lasts and the touch screen is convenient. I would recommend this laptop to others.
