    I actually really enjoy this laptop! I was skeptical at first because of the S mode and some apps aren’t compatible but I was able to download the apps I needed like zoom. It processes quickly and is very sleek and light. The image quality is great also. I’d highly recommend.

    Very happy with this purchase. We bought this a month ago. Setup was easy. Running smoothly. First hesitated since the SSD was only 256GB, but in reality this is not an issue for day-to-day use. There is plenty of room left. 8GB memory also seems adequate to run Windows 11. Removed the S mode at the time of setup.

    The battery life is awful! Only get about 2.5 hours of continued uses....it's really bad. Compluter is super slow on start up and doing basic web serches. I have done everytjing known to speed up the processing speed and get better battery life. Nothing has worked. I have only had it for about a year and a half. Couldn't be more frustrated
