    Best Buy was the best part. The salesperson took the time to find out exactly how I would use my computer and then sold me one that would fit MY needs. He calmed my concerns about transferring data and assured be that help was available. The computer he sold me more that exceeds my expectations at a good price.

    I was looking for a new laptop and it's tough to get a screen that's big enough, speed and performance and doesn't set you back an arm and a leg. I got this laptop thinking it might be a little less than I wanted but am really happy with it. It's fast and the screen is nice. Seems to work really well.

    I needed to purchase a new laptop due to my much older one (Windows 7) was on its way out. So it is taking me a little time to get use to the newer system. I ended up purchasing a magazine that is a complete guide to Windows 11 to help me understand the system better. Battery life could be better.
