Great Machine. Chosen with the help of mngr at Prescott store - Dave. Geek Squad transferred my info from old Del Inspiron w/ battery issue. It was 10 yrs old. Great Customer Service and product.

I bought this as a replacement for my older Dell Inspiron and am enjoying the upgraded features like touch screen, etc. I am also getting used to the new feel as well as finding some of the keys that are in different locations than the last

Got this as a gift for my wife, to replace her 8 year old laptop. It's very fast and has great graphics for her basic use (internet access, Facebook, recipe look-ups, family photos and games). Works great and was just what she needed!

Works great - has some extras I don't need. Keys are rather small. I had an older Dell that I loved so that is why I bought this newer model. Still getting use to it. Will probably like it as well after I have used it for awhile.

Needed something with basic functionality - email, surfing internet, minor game playing like Solitaire. This meets all my needs. Had to get used to the touch screen as I was not familiar with this, but have come to like that function.

Horrible. Does really fast. Takes long to charge and the mouse constantly stops working.

Nice up-grade. Starts faster and the display is brighter and sharper than my older laptop. Only wish these newer computers had longer battery life. Would buy again.

Bought this laptop for my daughter who started college this year. Have always owned Dell and have had great luck with their computers. Also the price was great for the features this laptop offered. She did not unbox the laptop until this week.. the first day it worked great. The second day of using it, the laptop shut off by itself. When she tried to turn it back on. It would not turn on. When she plugged in the charger, the adaptor worked, but the charging light on the laptop would not come on. I called Best Buy and they looked up the purchase. They said i was 2 days past the return / exchange policy. They said i would need to contact dell. I spent a good hour on hold to talk with a dell technician. They had me remove the bottom cover of the laptop, remove the bracket that holds the battery in place, and then unplug the battery. I was then instructedbto hold the power button down for 20 seconds. They then had me reassemble the laptop, and voila it turned on. The laptop worked fine for her the next few days, and then it happened again. I followed the same steps and it started working again. I called Best Buy back and explained what happened and they said the same thing about the 14 days. I told them i just wanted to exchange it for the same model. They said no, and to contact Dell again. I called Dell and they are now instructing me to mail it in to them. This will put my daughter without a laptop which is required for her college. So buyer beware with buying this model or any laptop from Best Buy because at day 15 you are stuck. So frustrating and stressful!!

Great for the price. Build qualiy feels cheap but for the price it has performed well. Purchesed to use as a OBD diagnostic tool for DIY tuning. Works well for that purpose.

I really enjoy all my purchases from Best Buy, and I am satisfied with this laptop. Slim design, meaning no annoying CD-ROM. However, If you’re going to offer a free six-months of webroot, I think it’s a good idea to put a disclaimer that in order to use webroot security, you would need to turn off S-MODE, and once it’s turned off, you CANNOT get it back. Or at least offer something that can be used with S-MODE. It’s not really a big deal for me, or others who don’t need it, but there are some who do benefit with S-MODE, and then, renders any “free” non-Microsoft products useless. Besides that, great laptop for the price!!

Solid state hard drive ensures good speed, and this unit does nicely. The case seems a bit too flexible, which frequently causes the cursor to be inadvertently moved in the middle of typing.

Great price for a pretty good product, in fact it was such a great offer that I bought 2 of them and will be buying a 3rd one. The only complaint is the Microsoft's S mode...

Bought this laptop for our church's PowerPoint presentations. Seems to be faster than the old one the church had.

2 years old and I have replaced the battery once and now the top lid cracked and its just as much to fix as it was to buy it. DO NOT BUY
