I love my laptop ! I haven't downloaded the apps that I'd like yet but I am very happy... excited too about the touchscreen . My last computer was with a hard drive, many years ago .

The equipment so far I haven't had the chance to use it as much, just couple of times. Here are the "big" problem. I set up the computer for first time with no problems at all, but when the computer is associated with a Microsoft account. Once my daughter tried to use it ( it was for her), she couldn't access the computer anymore, we reset her password and no luck. I had to take it to Best buy where the charge me additionally $40 to unlock the computer out of Microsoft account. Unacceptable.

This laptop exceeded my expectations. The speed is great, the screen resolution is awesome, just wish the keyboard was backlight

Ran into BB looking for a computer for my daughter after hers crashed in the middle of a work assignment, this was exactly what she needed at a price i could afford. So far so good.

I had to upgrade my laptop so the Dell was recommended by the sales person. I am still learning my way around and am very pleased with my Dell.

Works just fine for what i do woth laptops. I think I was more excited to find out it was a touch screen. My last laptop was a HP and it was fine just old, 10 years.

Great computer for basic computing needs such as email, paying bills, surfing the net, etc. I would recommend this computer for anyone needing a new one for these types of tasks.

Bought this for my nephew and is a very good laptop pc. Fast and very handy, not too big and heavy. It’s almost like a notebook Pc.

Nice mix of features, very clear screen, light and slim easily transportable the only reason not a 5 is the lack of Microsoft office

Purchased this laptop to replace my older Dell laptop and possibly my Dell desktop. Plastic c case is very lightweight but still sturdy. It doesn't have a back lit keyboard but I tilt the screen a little towards me and it lights up fine. It has Windows 11S which will only load approved Microsoft Apps. It will ask you to turn off the S function if you want to continue to download a non-approved app. The boot time is very fast compared to my older devices. I do not game so I don't know about those apps but it works fine for video and music. Storage space is fine, but you can add external hard drives using USB ports.

Great Dell known quality laptop, fast processor and SSD, the Windows 11 S mode that shipped is not a plus, but it can be unlocked to install the classic software apps.

Good Computer Fairly fast.I wish that it had keyboard lighting though as it is hard to see in darkening room. Overall good for the price!

Just what I needed. Not giant but don't need to squint while reading text either. Display is great. Does what I need it to do

It's a good machine that fits my needs. I wanted to have a machine that I could install a Linux OS so I needed to have enough storage and RAM to have a dual boot computer.

Great laptop for what I need. Loads web pages quickly, liking the touch screen alot. Bought it on sale and had to stick to a budget.

for price and what I use it for 5stars all the way. Easy set up, touch screen and mouse works compared to asus which was junk. So happy with my choice.

Faulty hinge and dell knows but won't fix it. Just needed for college to write payed and do research, so it is fine for that. One week after the warranty expired the metal hinge that is screwed into plastic came apart now we can't open or close it without causing more damage. Shame on Dell!

It’s not bad but i feel like the battery on the laptop dies quick I don’t if probably since I’m listening to music & doing homework But the computer I actually do love it
