Cost to much to not work properly

Will be contacting Dell, the charging port could’ve been built better, as well as the type of charger. The charger is straight when most laptops have a Lshaped charger when plugged in. The charging port if you don’t be careful it can get broken easily.

My wife used it once and it went kaput! I mean dead as a door knob. Took it back for a refund. Thank Hod there was some warranty left!
