I wasn't used to a touch screen, but found it was easy to use. Fast enough for surfing the net, and writing/online classes. Not a gaming computer.

The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars for me is that the battery life seems to drain pretty quickly.

So we took back off and there is no thermal paste on processor is this a thing? Its getting to hot so the fan is super loud and annoying

Below are steps to run a pre-boot diagnostic test that can help.
1. Restart your Dell PC.
2. When the Dell logo appears, press F12 key to enter One-time Boot Menu.
3. Use the arrow keys to select Diagnostics and press Enter key on the keyboard.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts and respond appropriately to complete the diagnostics.
5. If the test fails, ensure to write down the error code and validation code.

I have been a user of Dell products for quite some time and this machine is working wonderfully as I would expect. The price was amazing and unexpected. Especially since it included a touch screen and a few other niceties that would not be on a machine priced this low.

I dont think the fan really came on while i had the unit. I did have to return, the HDMI now only sends out low resolution. I needed higher resolution for an external 34" ultrawide screen.
