Purchasing this laptop from the open-box section was a regrettable decision on my part. Immediately, I encountered issues as it refused to charge or power on. I had to seek assistance from my local Best Buy, who facilitated the process of sending it to Dell for repairs under the existing warranty. Thankfully, everything was resolved satisfactorily. However, a few months later, my keyboard started experiencing problems. The lesson learned here is to avoid buying open-box items and opt for new ones instead.

I use this as my everyday for school and my entry into the development world. I would have given it 5 but there are times the screen just randomly shuts off during Zoom/Class sessions

Used this laptop for almost 1 year, the performance is good. The charging socket is broken and we can't charge the laptop which made it unusable.

For last number of years have not had a PC and relied on just tablet and cell. Friend recently had their PC die and went into into Best Buy as needed a PC urgently and associate directed them to this one. After seeing it and how affordable decided this one met my needs too. He said this one definitely kept him from overbuying what he actually needed and agree met my needs as well. This has definitely met my needs too and also purchased plan for assistance in tech setup help. The tech person was awesome and gave me piece of mind that was getting properly setup and for future questions as well.

the product is fine. Your job of setting it up was not fine. Each time I attempted a new task I had to call or visit Geek Squad for help. I spent a great deal of time with help from Microsoft and Quicken. I do not recommend your Tech jhelp

Bought for homeschool for grandson. Has met expectations and I am very pleased with it. I love the touchscreen and being so light weight. He also enjoys it.

Well worth it for the price, has amazing fast speeds. With a great screen size for watching the stuff you like or doing work

This computer has performed very well for my daughter in nursing school. However, it physically could not handle being carried in a backpack with her text books and a hinge broke on the case. Fix with Best Buy Total Tech coverage $85 to send to Dell, and cost of part which would be a surprise. Computer Store quoted $150- $200 (Best Buy recommended the repair place). Time to repair, unknown. The computer is needed in every class. Currently shopping for a new computer.

Great computer with an intel core i5 and 8GB Memory. It has a touch screen. I have had several Dell Inspiron computers and they work well and last a long time.

I purchased this laptop for my husband for his birthday and he loves it! The size of the screen, the speed, the color and the price wasn’t bad I highly recommend

I shopped around for a laptop for a few months and I’m so happy I went with this one. It’s a perfect size, lightweight, and is perfect for remote working.

Good offer on the price. Decent specification. Built light. Not very robust but again decent for the price.

This Dell is very light weight, and the keyboard a nice feel. The only drawback is the battery life is not great.

love it. Much improved over old google chrome which recentlydied.. speed is good and not difficult to learn functions. loe the touch sreen.

Decent laptop for the price. Could use some more features such as backlit keyboard, but it gets the basic jobs done.

I’ve been retired for many years. This laptop has a brand new operating system that I have never seen before. It’s been a little tough, but I can learn this!
