My only complaint, which is really on me, is there is no USB-C port. Other than that, the laptop works great for my personal use.

I shopped around for a laptop for a few months and I’m so happy I went with this one. It’s a perfect size, lightweight, and is perfect for remote working.

Love it! This runs so smoothly and I’m able to do school work and have the capacity to play sims! ( I have all the sims games but 1) so the storage is immaculate.

This Dell is very light weight, and the keyboard a nice feel. The only drawback is the battery life is not great.

There were many setbacks with the delivery of the laptop but in the end I received it and everything went correctly

Great computer love the touch screen . It does great with my job. Battery life, speed and display are great.

I love my new Dell! Ease of use and doesn’t make a lot of fan noise! Keyboard feels natural and smooth! Good speakers and display is fantastic!

It is a fine computer it does what you needed to do if you need a processing system is okay above all else this is a good product

My favorite laptop so far, after my last HP overheating (always had proper ventilation)- after only 2 years. Pros: very user friendly, not loaded with 1000 unnecessary programs, lightweight, touch screen is a nice feature but not required in order to use, easy usb port for mouse. Cons- nothing. Not to sound like an ad, but no cons for me.

This laptops is fast, affordable and reliable. My first adell palmtop and I can’t complain. It doesn’t everything I need it to do and more.

Great work laptop, don’t really care for the grainy feel does tend to bother the palm after long use.
