    The battery life is awful! Only get about 2.5 hours of continued uses....it's really bad. Compluter is super slow on start up and doing basic web serches. I have done everytjing known to speed up the processing speed and get better battery life. Nothing has worked. I have only had it for about a year and a half. Couldn't be more frustrated

    Even though I am still getting used to my new laptop I haven't been disappointed. The updated Windows app is so much better than the last app on my older laptop. The speed is really nice. I had to constantly fight with my previous laptop for days to even try to get online.
