Touch & Sound issues

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used this laptop for my office work and when ever i try to connect meetings Mic does not work in speaker mode. I should always use headphones to connect Mic. After 3 months of usage started issues with touchpad which does not work as intended and had to connect external mouse.
