Pros: very user friendly, not loaded with 1000 unnecessary programs, lightweight, touch screen is a nice feature but not required in order to use, easy usb port for mouse. Cons- nothing. Not to sound like an ad, but no cons for me.

Problem is with the plastic case. The hinge broke after very little use, couple of weeks. Reading the reviews it is apparently a chronic problem that Dell is refusing to be responsible for…. AVOID. On a positive note, staff were polite and helpful to. Great store…Altoona.
