I use it for personal usage. Haven’t had any problems with it so far. Reason for giving 4 star is because of the battery life. Battery life sucks. I constantly have to plug in the cord to charge it every few hours.

Great laptop for the price

My only complaint would be that the battery only lasts about 3 hours so I have to keep it plugged in.
