    I couldn't set up my laptop it wouldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. I called dell and spent more than an hour trying to reboot but to no avail. So i had to ship the laptop to Dell and wait for it to be fixed

    We had it for 6 months and the hinge just disintegrated. It didn’t get dropped or hit on anything. Manufacturing defect?
